Under the bed, in the refrigerator, did the dog eat it?? Where oh where has the little leopard book been hiding?? Is that brown fuzz I see peeking out of the 35 pound pile of textbooks?! Oh yes, yes it is!!!
My sincerest apologies to my loyal followers, I know this has been the hardest month of your lives without any little leopard posts! I vow to you 34 poor souls that a month without the little leopard will never occur again (unless that hot Italian prince shows up at my door to whisk me away on a two month Italian vacation of wining, dining and lots of Italian meatball eating!)
As most of you know from previous posts between Sept 2011 and… well now, this semester of school has been less than fabulous… I don’t even think the word fabulous is in the same dictionary as pre-calculus… I think I actually just decided to divide the dictionary into two parts… epic wins and epic fails. In the epic win dictionary will be words such as fabulous, obvi, sequins, lace, champagne, happening, pizza and stilettos. In the epic fail dictionary such words as, calculus, logarithms, Texas, tornadoes, exams and rats will appear.
Well, now that that is taken care of its time to catch you all up on the life of the little leopard book. So I recently completed the SFH (semester from Hell) in which I was able to miraculously pass pre-calc by neglecting the important things in my life like food, blogging and champagne drinking (ok, well there was still some champagne drinking, but come on people, a girl has to have a reason to live between rational equations and logarithmic functions!)
Now it’s on to Cal State Northridge for 3 semesters of Broadcast Journalism after which I will become the proud owner of a piece of paper with a sweet school seal stamped upon
Can’t wait to share some new recipes I’ve been dreaming of between final papers, final projects and final exams! My iPhone list of “Blog Ideas” is about to take up the entire 8 GB of storage on my phone! Some upcoming posts you can get excited about… “Ways to Survive in LA”, “Single Girl Solutions”, “Thanksgiving Dinner Recipes” and “Love for Ice Cream”… don’t worry, that’s just the beginning of what’s to come in 2012! Some recipes I’m super excited to try, eat and share with you all include Guinness Braised Short Ribs, Brazilian Feijoada, Cuban grilled pork and for a little Filipino flare some Chicken Arroz Caldo… oh yeah, it’s getting meaty in my kitchen this January!
Happy holidays everyone and I can’t wait to share a new year of little leopard posts with all of you!

We missed ya! But we’re looking forward to mo’ leopard in 2012! =)
I really did miss reading your blogs! Can’t wait to read more in 2012. Merry Christmas and I do hope you have a blessed, and prosperous New Year!!
